Impatient is the Hunger (Some Non-Vegan Recipes/Ingredients)

Some days ya just can't get enough to eat and just feel hungry. I been eating a lot of fiber cereal but still starving.

Coconut Custard
In a greased pie plate add well-processed ingredients below and bake about 35 minutes @ 350f:
1 cup coconut
6 tbsp butter-flavored crisco
1 1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp vanilla
sprinkle of salt and whatever else you might like (cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg, allspice, ginger)

Will puff up while cooking, but sink when cooling off. Let cool for about an hour before cutting to serve, 12 servings.

Brownie Dates
120 grams dates, mince very fine
170 grams hot water
30 grams cocoa powder
75 grams almond flour
3 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

176c/350f-25 minutes

Tuna Melt Crostini
Take the ends of the bread loaves you save for french toast or bread pudding, carefully press them into muffin tin cavities to form flower bowls.
Drizzle some oil in them, put about 2 tsp parmesan cheese in each bowl.
Bake in oven about 5-8 minutes at 350 (until toasty).
While cooling to touch, make the filling:
Mix small can of tuna with mayonnaise, pickle, pepper, shredded baby spinach (or other raw veggie you like:brussel, cabbage, carrot, zucchini...).
Place about a tablespoon of tuna salad mixture in each bowl.
