Dipped this in a mixture of 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/4 cup white wheat, 1/2 cup chilled almond milk, 1/2 tsp seasoning. Then fried them, made 6. Could easily be made as smaller appetizers and dressed up with numerous spices, herbs, dips, cheese...
